Unconventional office design that we created for Mark Law Chambers is inspired by tactical art of war with a tint of ancient chinese culture in a modern light. The Chinese idiom “文武双全”embodies the core value of Mark Law Chambers. The layout of the space is set out to a nine-square division “九宫格”. “凹” area signifies “文” where administrative works and legal documents are stored and “凸” area signifies “武” where strategical meetings with clients are carried out. The mysterious element in this law firm is one of our favourites. The door that leads to the executive room is flushed with the wall by having the same finish as its surroundings. So unless you are one of the law office team, you will never know where the door is!
